Jacobs of Glickman Kovago & Co. brokers $1.442 million sale for CVS

Glickman Kovago & Company has brokered a $1.442 million land purchase for CVS of Woonsocket, R.I. CVS purchased three properties from Mathieu Ford Sales, Inc., Susan Inferra and Norman and Theresa Sibley. The three parcels, located at 297 Central St., 57 Maple St., and 36 Linden St., total 1.7 acres, were formerly the Mathieu Ford Dealer and two residential homes. The land was purchased to build a retail store and pharmacy that will be 13,225 s/f near Winchendon's center. Construction has begun. Michael Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago, is the broker for CVS in Worcester County.
