Jacobs of Glickman Kovago & Co. leases 68,000 s/f to Kohl's
Mike Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago & Company, leased 68,000 s/f to Kohl's Department Store. Kohl's signed a long term lease to build a store on 7.5 acres at 500 Lincoln St.
Kohl's construction will commence spring of 2012. Store opening slated for 4th quarter 2012.
