Jacobs of Glickman Kovago & Company signs Family Dollar to 8,568 s/f
Family Dollar Stores of Mass. will be opening its 4th store in Worcester at 115 Gold Star Blvd. Family Dollar is a neighborhood family discount store that carries groceries, health and beauty products, household goods and clothing. Family Dollar will occupy the 8,568 s/f space that was formerly a CVS Pharmacy.
Family Dollar will be joining Price Rite and Austin Liquors in the 82,000 s/f retail center owned by ISM Holdings, Inc of Boylston.

Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 17 Ferolbink Way, for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace
