Kintzer of Royal Properties leases 6,400 s/f to Aaron's Inc.

Royal Properties, Inc. leased a 6,400 s/f site to Aaron's, Inc. at the Ansonia Shopping Center on Main St. Aaron's, Inc., a leader in the sales and lease ownership and specialty retailing of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances and accessories, has more than 1,800 company-operated and franchised stores in 48 states and Canada, 13 of those are located in Connecticut. "Aaron's, Inc. is a perfect fit for the Ansonia Shopping Center, a 177,289 square foot center, which is also home to Big Y, Marshall's, Bob's Stores, Rite Aid and many more." states Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties, Inc., who brokered this deal.
