Jacobson brokers $405,000 sale of Geraldine's Lounge

Geraldine Jacobson, Licensed Broker in Conn. and Mass., has sold Geraldine's Lounge. The property is located at 1509 Elm St. Jacobson represented the seller. The property is a 3,746 s/f retail property that is a bar/restaurant. The sale price was $405,000. The buyer, Joseph E. Stevens, was represent by Tracy Gagne of Keller Williams.
