Jacoby and Dragos of Colliers International arrange sale of 114,000 s/f office building at 95 Berkeley Street

Boston, MA The Boston office of Colliers International arranged the sale of the 114,000 s/f office building at 95 Berkeley St. between the property’s buyers, CIM Group and Center Court Mass, LLC (CCM) and its seller, The Community Builders. The sale price was not disclosed. Colliers' Doug Jacoby and Scott Dragos, both senior vice presidents, represented The Community Builders. The property is prominently situated at the corner of Berkeley and Chandler Sts. in the city’s South End and offers easy accessibility to public transit and a rich amenity base.

Jacoby and Dragos joined Colliers in 2014. They have worked as partners for eight years and are focused on investment sales of office and industrial properties in downtown Boston and the wider greater Boston suburbs. Other team members who played an instrumental role in the transaction include Tony Hayes, Tim Mulhall and Lyndsey Hmura.
