James and Collins of NAI Hunneman act for Citizens Disability in 42,905 s/f lease

NAI Hunneman recently brokered a 42,905 s/f sublease on behalf of Citizen's Disability at 1075 Main St. Citizen's Disability is relocating its headquarters from Marlboro. Stephen James, executive vice president/principal, and Dan Collins, vice president, of NAI Hunneman negotiated the agreement on behalf of Citizens Disability, while the sublandlord was represented by Rob Walles of CB Richard Ellis. 1075 Main St. totals 186,000 s/f and is located close to I-95 and Rte. 128, with access to I-90. "1075 Main Street offers Citizens Disability a prominent Route 128 location and first-class office space for the company's headquarters," said Collins. "We were thrilled to work with the company and provide a solution that best met their present and future real estate needs."
