Waltham, MA NAI Hunneman represented Waverley Oaks Park and its owner Duffy Properties in a 5,000 s/f lease with Guldmann at 411 Waverley Oaks Rd. Guldmann, a medical device manufacturer and marketer of technical aids for the disabled and working tools for their care givers, is relocating from Trapelo Rd. in Belmont.
