Stamford, CT Choyce Peterson, Inc. has concluded lease negotiations on behalf of JANUS Associates, Inc. (JANUS), for their new 4,076 s/f headquarters space at 1200 High Ridge Rd. John Hannigan, principal of Choyce Peterson, represented JANUS in the deal. 

David Genovese, CEO of Baywater Properties LLC, represented the building’s ownership in this transaction. 

In operation since 1988, JANUS is the longest operating cyber security, privacy, and regulatory compliance consultancy firm in America. JANUS’ decision to relocate within Stamford was cemented by 1200 High Ridge Rd.’s location adjacent to the four-way interchange off exit 35 of the Merritt Pkwy., the existing configuration of the office space, and parking. JANUS’ employees are excited about this well-maintained building’s perfect North Stamford location within distance of the High Ridge Shopping Center and area restaurants.
