Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC brokers sale of Batti’s Auto Body Repair for $1.25 million

East Bridgewater MA Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC, a leading multi-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, has completed the sale of Batti’s Auto Body Repair, located at 26 North Central St.

After nearly a century of family ownership, Batti’s Auto Body Repair property was sold to Hugo Miguel Batista Charneca for the consideration of $1,250,000. The sale of this iconic property closes the chapter on a 90-year legacy of automotive service and community commitment in East Bridgewater.

Under the stewardship of Dave Batti, who formerly incorporated the shop as Batti’s Auto Body, LLC in 2001, the shop became known for its precision work, integrity, and deep ties to the local community. From classic restorations to collision repairs, Batti’s Auto Body was more than a business, it was a neighborhood institution.

The building contains 5,070 s/f of space and is situated on a .26 acre fenced-in lot.

Jay Nuss Realty Group’s automotive-related sales team of Angela Nuss, Liz Tavares, and Jay Nuss was the marketing broker for the property and represented David Batti.

“This was more than just a transaction for buyer and seller, but a handing over of a community landmark,” said Tavares, commercial real estate broker and partner and manager for Jay Nuss Realty Group. “We were honored to be a part of that.”
