The recent elevations spotlight individuals in various roles who have contributed to the firm’s profile as a national design practice.

Promoted to principal and associate principal: 

• Emily Czarnecki, NCIDQ – principal, lead interior designer;

• Christine Faverio, RA — associate principal, senior project designer, studio leader;

• Fawn Walton Pellegrini, RA, LEED AP — associate principal, senior project manager, studio leader;

• Varnell Smith — associate principal, senior project manager.
