Jewett Automotive Design & Construction completes renovations to Long Subaru

Jewett Automotive Design & Construction, a division of Raymond, NH-based Jewett Construction Company, Inc., has completed interior renovations to Long Subaru. The four-month project involved 5,000 s/f of additions and upgrades to the showroom, service write up area, offices and customer lounge. The new areas have an open and inviting feel made possible through the extensive use of exterior glass-which opens up the view while also lighting the space-ceramic tile floors, and a gas fireplace in the customer lounge. All work was performed while the dealership was in full operation-adjacent to and in areas occupied by customers and staff-requiring extensive noise and dust mitigation, as well as close coordination with dealership personnel to schedule work during off-hours and off-peak times. Work areas were concealed by walls or temporary barriers and clearly marked, providing a safe environment for both customers and staff. Other recent automotive clients include Commonwealth Motors, AutoServ Volkswagen, Watertown Ford, and repeat customers the Tulley Automotive Group, the Melkonian Group and the Grappone Automotive Group.
