Jewett Construction Company, Inc. selected for 24,500 s/f renovation for AutoFair Subaru

Haverhill, MA Raymond, NH-based Jewett Construction Company, Inc. has been selected by AutoFair Subaru to undertake a 24,500 s/f design-build renovation of its auto dealership. The project includes extensive interior and exterior renovations and the addition of a new service drive.

Designed by the team of Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects and Summit Engineering, the 24,500 s/f renovation and addition project includes a 7,000 s/f structural steel addition that will house a new service drive and three additional service bays. The existing interior will be completely remodeled to comply with Subaru or America’s latest image upgrade requirements, including all new flooring, millwork and paint, and new restrooms. Exterior renovations include new composite metal panel siding and new stone veneer at the iconic Subaru tower. All work is expected to be completed by December.

Jewett Construction, an official Butler Builder, is a family-owned design-build/construction management firm specializing in automotive, commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeast. Its many clients include such well-known organizations as the Monarch School of New England, LAARS Heating Systems, The Bean Group, Kennebunk Savings Bank, and the Herb Chambers Companies.
