Jewett Construction promotes Ray to manager of integrated design

Raymond, NH Jewett Construction has promoted Dan Ray to manager of integrated design.  His promotion is a result of exceptional performance in the role of pre-construction project manager over the past two years with the company.

Ray was hired by Jewett Construction in 2015, bringing hands-on field experience as well as skills in design, estimating and project coordination.  A NH native and cum laude graduate of Keene State College with a bachelor of science in Architecture and a minor in Management, Ray is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Ray’s proven leadership and work ethic has made him an invaluable member of Jewett Construction. A positive attitude and commitment to the company have helped Dan excel in providing professional and personalized service to Jewett’s clients. He understands the value of relationships and works to align Jewett’s strategic plan with new relationships and business opportunities.

As manager of integrated design, Ray is responsible for the coordination of the design and construction teams from project conception through completion to ensure that clients receive best in class construction drawings and documents. He owns and manages all aspects of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) and Butler Systems business, handling everything from pricing, ordering, shipping and delivery while keeping an eye on trends in the PEMB marketplace. Ray will integrate, incorporate and adopt new and emerging technologies associated with design. 

Jewett Construction is a family-owned construction management company with a 45-year history in New England. Jewett specializes in commercial construction projects in the manufacturing, industrial, retail and automotive sectors.
