Jewett Metal Buildings and Steel Erectors completes construction at Walgreens, Portland, Maine

Jewett Metal Buildings and Steel Erectors, under contract with PM Construction of Saco, Me., recently completed construction at Walgreens. The project included reinforcement of the existing building and the addition over 4,000 s/f of new steel. All work was done without interruption to the daily operations of the company. Jewett Metal Buildings, a recently established division of Jewett Construction Co., Inc., of Raymond, NH. provides professional pre-engineered metal building sales and installation, welding and miscellaneous metals work to clients throughout New England. Other recent projects include the building of a boat storage and repair facility at Ocean Point Marina in East Boothbay, Maine; and, in conjunction with its parent company, the renovation of the Grappone Collision Center in Bow, NH and JP Sercel Associates Inc.'s Manchester headquarters.
