June 09, 2010 - Front Section
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has completed a 16,629 s/f transaction for SSARIS Advisors, LLC at Wilton Corporate Center, 187 Danbury Rd.
SSARIS was represented by Edward Tonnessen, George Walker, and John Stoddard, vice president of JLL. Building owner David Marcus Partners was represented in-house.
"SSARIS Advisors sought a new location in Connecticut that could accommodate a tight deadline for its relocation," said Tonnessen. "Jones Lang LaSalle found appropriate offices for the financial services firm at Wilton Corporate Center. SSARIS Advisors was attracted by the high quality of the space, which was in move-in condition and located in a top-notch building in the Wilton market."
"We are pleased that we were able to attract SSARIS Advisors to Wilton Corporate Center," said David Fiore, director of Davis Marcus Partner's Connecticut office." The full building generator, full service café, newly appointed fitness center and understated quality of the common areas provide our tenants with a unique blend of sophisticated infrastructure and employee amenities at a very affordable price point."
Fiore continued: "Given the challenges of the market, bringing transactions of this quality to a quick and successful conclusion underscores our ability as a landlord to create lease structures that accommodate our tenants' technological and business-driven needs."
SSARIS Advisors occupies a portion of the second floor at Wilton Corporate Center. The financial services firm relocated to the building from 695 East Main Street in Stamford.
Neighboring tenants at the building include AIS Futures Management, LLC; Advanced Corporate Networking; Beiersdorf Inc.; DLB Capital, LLC; Private Client Resources; Sirius Decisions; Stonebridge Advisors; and Wilton RE.
