Two Stamford Plaza - Stamford, CT

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed an interior fit-out for Spencer Stuart's new offices at Two Stamford Plaza. The executive search firm hired Jones Lang LaSalle in March 2009 to serve as project manager for the build-out of 22,987 s/f of Class A office space at the property.
The new offices for Spencer Stuart were designed to house approximately 55 employees, with 27 private offices and 28 workstations. The firm's space includes reception areas, a board room with movable walls, video conference rooms, a production room, as well as a café, pantry and office support areas.
The Jones Lang LaSalle project team was led by Lisa Cipriani, project manager, with the firm's project and development services group in the Stamford office. She oversaw the day-to-day operations of the project and supervised the work completed by subcontractors. Turner Construction served as construction manager, WB Engineers & Consultants provided engineering services and Gensler was the project architect.
"Jones Lang LaSalle obtained the space from the building owner completely empty and fully gutted," said Cipriani. "We worked with Spencer Stuart to design and build a cutting-edge office environment and then assisted the executive search firm with furnishing the space. Jones Lang LaSalle is putting the finishing touches on the new offices, including selecting and hanging artwork throughout the premises."
Jones Lang LaSalle's PDS group oversaw the relocation of Spencer Stuart's staff to Two Stamford Plaza in late January 2010. Spencer Stuart relocated from 695 East Main St. which is located just one block away from its new premises.
Jones Lang LaSalle is assisting Spencer Stuart with LEED certification of its new offices.
