JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group facilitates sale of 50-room Parker Beach Lodge on Cape Cod, Mass.

South Yarmouth, MA JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group has completed the sale of Parker Beach Lodge, a 50-room, recently renovated hotel on Cape Cod.

JLL represented a private owner in the transaction. The hotel will be managed by Jamsan Hotel Management for the new ownership group. Details of the sale were not disclosed.

Recently reopened after undergoing a major renovation in 2021 and 2022, the Parker Beach Lodge is in turnkey condition, ready to welcome the new owner. The property features 50 stylishly designed rooms, including two spacious suites. Each room is outfitted with an updated, airy beachfront design equipped with smart TVs and bath/shower combo along with a wet bar with a mini-fridge, sink and microwave. The hotel also offers an outdoor pool and the Parker Swim Shop, which provides beach toys, snacks and other items for sale.

 Located at 192 S Shore Dr., the hotel is located off MA Rte. 28, near Hyannis, Boston and Providence. The Parker Beach Lodge is also steps away from Parker’s River Beach, one of the area’s popular beaches.

The JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by managing director Alan Suzuki, senior director Matthew Enright and associate Emily Zhang.

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has completed more transactions than other hotels and hospitality real estate advisor over the last five years, totaling $83 billion worldwide.
