JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group handles
100-key hotel sale for JNR

Raynham MA JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has arranged the sale of the 100-key Fairfield Inn & Suites Raynham Middleborough/Plymouth. JLL worked on behalf of the seller, JNR, in this transaction.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is on 2.45 acres and features amenities such as complimentary breakfast, a business center, fitness center and lobby market. The hotel underwent a $3.3 million ($33,000 per key) renovation that was completed in Q2 2018, making the current hotel condition excellent.

Located at 4 Chalet Rd., at 38 miles south of downtown Boston, the Fairfield Inn & Suites is situated at the confluence of I-495 and Rte. 44, giving it access to the area’s outer loop in direct line to Providence. Additionally, the property is five miles from the Rte. 24 interchange providing access to Metro Boston and the inner I-95/Rte. 128 loop. The town is also a stopping point for travelers headed to Plymouth, Taunton and Bridgewater. Additionally, the hotel is four miles from the Commuter Rail, providing guests with transportation to Boston, Braintree and other nearby destinations.
