JM Coull renovates 2,700 s/f Hallmark Health Medical Center - Reading
JM Coull has begun renovations to Hallmark Health Medical Center to create a new DPH Licensed urgent care center. Construction of the 2,700 s/f project is scheduled for completion by the end of this month.
Working with JACA Architects, JM Coull will transform the former CT diagnostic area and shell space on the first floor into an urgent care center, creating a new option for patients looking for an alternative to emergency room care. A new, dedicated entrance will be created for ease of access.
Hallmark Health Medical Center at 30 New Crossing Rd. is part of the Hallmark Health System which includes Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford and Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. The three-story outpatient facility in Reading features physician offices and outpatient medical and imaging services. Since these areas will be occupied throughout construction, work will be executed and installed in such a manner as to not disrupt or adversely affect the Center's ongoing operations.
JM Coull has previously worked with Hallmark Health System, renovating health care spaces at this location and at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford.
Hallmark Health is a charitable, non-profit and tax-exempt community-based healthcare system that JM Coull is proud to work with.
