NEWTON UPPER FALLS, MA Haynes Management, Inc. represented the landlord, Echo Bridge LLC, in three transactions totaling 9,295 s/f at 377 and 383 Elliot St. Echo Bridge Office Park is a landmark fixture on the banks of the Charles River and access to Rte. 9 and Rte. 128 (I-95).
• Mothers' Milk Bank of New England leased 3,072 s/f on the first floor of 377 Elliot St. Their goal is to provide donated, pasteurized human milk to babies in fragile health throughout the Northeastern region.
• Newton Chiropractic and Wellness leased 3,978 s/f on the second floor at 383 Elliot St. They have been serving families in Newton and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. Some of the services and techniques they provide are chiropractic care, lifestyle advice, creating specific recom-mendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices and massage therapy.
