John D. Hastings and Vidal/Wettenstein lease 20,200 s/f to Fitness Edge
Christopher Maglione of John D. Hastings, Inc. of Westport in conjunction with David Fugitt, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein represented the Fitness Edge Health Club in leasing a new 20,200 s/f space at 600 New Haven Ave., which opened for business in November.
