Christopher Maglione of Hastings in conjunction with David Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein, represented the tenant, The Edge Fitness Clubs, which leased 32,200 s/f of retail space at 2300 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and 20,200 s/f at 600 New Haven Ave., Derby.
Maglione and Dale Thomas, both of Hastings, represented the landlord in leasing retail/warehouse units 1 & 2 (totaling 2,800 s/f) at 35 Danbury Rd., Wilton.
Maglione represented the tenant, Zero Draft Comfort & Energy, and Vance Taylor/Commercial Real Estate Group represented the landlord in leasing 3,800 s/f of warehouse/office space for a 5 year term at 71 Putter Lane, Torrington.
Maglione represented both the tenant, Triloma Spa & Hair Salon, and the landlord, Wilton Historical Society, in leasing 1,050 s/f of retail/office space in the former historical Wilton Train Station now located at 146 Danbury Rd.
