John D Hastings Inc. leases 1,400 s/f and completes sale
John D Hastings, Inc, Commercial Real Estate of Westport, completed the following recent sale/lease transactions:
* Christopher Maglione and Dale Thomas were the only brokers involved in the leasing of 1,400 s/f of 2nd floor office space at 35 Old Ridgefield Rd., Wilton to the Charles P. Flynn, P.C.
* Arlene Donahue represented the buyer, Merlin Properties, LLC, and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, 311 PRE Assocs., LLC, in the recent sale of 311 Post Rd. East, Westport at a sale price of $900,000.
