The John Flatley Company adds four tenants
to roster at Nashua Technology Park totaling 44,450 s/f

Nashua, NH The John Flatley Company added four new tenant firms totaling more than 44,450 s/f to its Nashua Technology Park.

Rocketdrop, a provider of consumer electronics and distribution solutions, and NewEdge Signal Solutions, a provider in high efficiency systems for wireless and defense structure markets, leased a total of 23,000 s/f at 100 Innovative Way.

In addition, Aline Biosciences, a manufacturer of magnetic bead-based kits for DNA and RNA sample preparations, leased 2,100 s/f at 200 Innovative Way.

RightWorks, a cloud purpose-built solutions provider for accounting firms and professionals, originally leased 19,350 s/f from the John Flatley Co. and is expanding and relocating its footprint to more than 30,000 s/f with Parallel Wireless at 300 Innovative Way.

They join a tenant roster including Amphenol, Benchmark Electronics, Degree Controls, Datanomix, Skylytics, and Parallel Wireless in the Nashua Technology Park campus.

Located off of Exit 1 in Nashua over the Mass./N.H. border, the 750,000 s/f Nashua Technology Park has a variety of amenities from its on-site health club, full-service café, conference room facilities, athletic fields, Spyglass Brewing Co., Pressed Café, the 564-unit Tara Heights Apartments, Amelia Village townhomes, Homewood Suites, and Nashua Self Storage.

Founded in 1985, the John Flatley Co. owns and operates office, research and development complexes, retail centers, warehouse/flex buildings, self storage facilities, and apartment communities throughout New England.
