John M. Corcoran & Company assumes property management of The Elmstead

Easton, MA John M. Corcoran & Company (JMC) has assumed property management responsibilities at The Elmstead (formerly known as Zen Easton). The 100-apartment community offers premium 55+ independent living and was completed in 2003 by Douglas King.

“The senior living market continues to show high-demand and The Elmstead is a terrific addition to our portfolio where we can expand our offerings and apply our expertise in the segment,” said JMC Kelli Ahearn, assistant marketing director. “This property offers a high-quality experience for 55+ renters who are looking to maintain an active lifestyle with convenience and community.”

The Elmstead features upscale amenities tailored to its primary audience including a sharing library, business center, billiards room, fitness center, community spaces, two movie theaters and organized activities for residents. Apartments boast spacious closets, private patios and balconies and hardwood floors.
