The John Sullivan Corp. has completed the construction of an 8,000 s/f pre-engineered metal building for Gemini Electric on Rte. 28.  The structure was designed to fit over the existing foundation of the Gemini building that was destroyed by fire.  Along with a five bay warehouse area complete with mezzanine, the new facility houses approximately 1,040 s/f of office space with two new offices, restrooms, a mechanical room and a conference room.
