John Sullivan Corp. completes 8,000 s/f building for Gemini

The John Sullivan Corp. has completed the construction of an 8,000 s/f pre-engineered metal building for Gemini Electric on Rte. 28.  The structure was designed to fit over the existing foundation of the Gemini building that was destroyed by fire.  Along with a five bay warehouse area complete with mezzanine, the new facility houses approximately 1,040 s/f of office space with two new offices, restrooms, a mechanical room and a conference room. The John B. Sullivan, Jr. Corp, a 38 year old design/build and construction management company, is active throughout the northeast in corporate, medical, healthcare, hospitality and retail construction and renovation.
