Johns of RE/MAX Advantage 1 Commercial brokers the sale of 20 Rockdale Street, Worcester, for $750,000

Worcester Ma Mark Johns of RE/MAX Advantage 1 Commercial closed the sale of 20 Rockdale St. for $750,000. Johns represented the sellers Rockdale Land Co. The main building is 72,000 s/f which is leased by O.S. Walker Magnetics. Also in the portfolio are 2 Brooks St., a 14,000 s/f warehouse building, 13 and 17 Rockdale St., 4500 s/f of space housing the offices for O.S. Walker. Elias Hanna Realty purchased the property.
