Johnson joins Vesta Corporation as director of compliance

Weatogue, CT According to Vesta Corporation, a leading real estate firm specializing in the redevelopment of distressed affordable housing communities, Ashley Johnson has joined the property management company as the director of compliance.

Johnson has been hired to guide all regulatory compliance activities across the portfolio. She will lead a compliance team that is responsible for reviewing property and resident files along with other necessary documents to assess and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Johnson has worked in affordable housing for over fourteen years and has extensive experience monitoring compliance in Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD projects.
