Johnson promoted to chief superintendent at Haynes Group, Inc.

West Bridgewater, MA According to Haynes Group, Inc., Aaron Johnson has been promoted to chief superintendent.

In this new role, Johnson’s primary mission will be on providing general oversight of all daily field construction operations with a focus on upholding the highest standards for job-site safety, client service, and overall project quality.

“Aaron has always embraced the role of servant-leader here at Haynes,” said Mike Haynes, CEO and co-founder of Haynes Group. “He is recognized by the entire team as a true working Super, a champion of jobsite safety, and a teacher of the Haynes Group Way.”

“I consider the chief superintendent position vital to our day-to-day operations,” Johnson said. “I take pride in helping strengthen collaboration between the office and the field and am passionate about helping ensure the safest possible working environments for our employees, subcontractors, and partners.”

Johnson brings over 35 years of construction experience to this position. Prior to joining Haynes Group in 2018, he owned his own construction company in Florida that specialized in metal framing, drywall, and finish carpentry. He has been successfully running large scale construction projects in Massachusetts since 2011.
