Johnston and Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty broker $4.5 million sale

Westborough MA Craig Johnston, senior vice president and John Eysenbach, executive vice president of R.W. Holmes Realty represented DSN Realty Trust and procured the buyer Ameridose, LLC in the sale of 205 Flanders Rd. for $4,567,560. 205 Flanders Rd. is a 76,126 s/f manufacturing building situated on 5.66 acres. Ameridose LLC, has been occupying the building one of two on Flanders Rd. Since 1976 R.W. Holmes Realty has assisted corporations and investor/developers with their local, national, and international real estate needs. R.W. Holmes specializes in property leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, consulting and asset management. Ameridose is a state-licensed, FDA and DEA registered manufacturer providing service to hospital pharmacies. They offer sterile admixing and repackaging as well as oral syringe admixing and repackaging services store.
