Johnston and Holmes of R.W. Holmes broker $1.1 million sale

Westborough, MA R.W. Holmes Realty’s 495/Metrowest team of Craig Johnston and Garry Holmes have completed the $1.1 million sale of 210 Turnpike Rd. on behalf of Park Street Realty LLC. The buyer, 6 Humphrey Street Realty, LLC plans to renew the four tenants in the building and retained the asset. 

210 Turnpike Rd. is a 6,810 s/f first class office/medical building situated on 3.9 acres with 120 parking spaces located on Rte. 9. At the time of the sale the property was occupied by two dentists and a blinds company.
