Craig Johnston, senior vice president and Garry Holmes, president of R.W. Holmes Realty represented Bonazzoli Realty Trust and procured the Buyer Gremar Realty Trust in the sale of 135 Maple St. for $1.375 million.
135 Maple St. is an 18,116 s/f retail building situated on 1.3 acres, Monnick Supply Co. Inc, will renovate and occupy the building as a local hardware store.
Monnick Supply Co Inc., with two locations, is a family-owned full service hardware store.
R.W. Holmes Realty has assisted corporations and investor/developers with their local, national, and international real estate needs. R.W. Holmes specializes in property leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, consulting and asset management.
