NAI Hunneman and Boston Real Estate Advisors broker $14.1 million sale
According to NAI Hunneman, its investment sales group co-brokered the sale of 945-947 Providence Hwy. NAI Hunneman executive vice president/principal David Ross represented the buyer, Lucy Dedham LLC, while Craig Barker from Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, Nissan Realty LLC.
Located on Rte. 1 across from Legacy Place, 945-947 Providence Hwy. is home to a newly constructed 12,900 s/f CVS along with a Sovereign Bank branch.
