Johnston and Sullivan of R.W. Holmes complete 10,800 s/f lease
R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., has completed the leasing of 10,800 s/f to Advanced Office Installers at 19 Alexander Dr. The property is a 84,000 s/f multi tenanted warehouse complex.
Advanced Office Installers is a one stop full service office furniture installation company.
Craig Johnston and Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the landlord while Ellen Garthoff of The Stubblebine Company represented the Tenant.
