Johnston, Eysenbach and Sullivan of R.W. Holmes broker two sales

The brokerage team of Craig Johnston, senior vice president and John Eysenbach, executive vice president of R.W. Holmes Realty has sold 604 Main St., an 18,587 s/f medical office building for $4.5 million. Johnston procured the buyer, DSN Realty Trust and Eysenbach represented the seller, RPI Shrewsbury Main Realty, LLC. 604 Main St. is an 18,587 s/f medical building situated in Central Mass., the property is occupied by two tenants, UMass Memorial Medical Center and Child Health Associates. Both tenants have long term leases in place. DSN Realty Trust purchased the building for a 1031 exchanged when they sold a 76,500 s/f manufacturing building in Westborough earlier this year. Johnston, Eysenbach and Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes sold 66 Sumner St. in Milford, a 15,900 s/f manufacturing building for $810,000. Sullivan procured the buyer Noyes Sheet Metal, Inc., and Johnston and Eysenbach represented the seller, Natick Mercer, LLC. 66 Sumner St., is a 15,900 s/f manufacturing building situated on 2 acres of land, Noyes Sheet Metal has been occupying the building for the last two years. Noyes Sheet metal is a privately held company which has been operating in Massachusetts for the last 20 years. They specialize in providing custom duct work for the heating and cooling of commercial buildings. Since 1976 R.W. Holmes Realty has assisted corporations and investor/developers with their local, national, and international real estate needs. R.W. Holmes specializes in property leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, consulting and asset management.
