The buyer, Creative Cabot, LLC, has retained the R.W. Holmes team to market the remaining vacant space in the building.
1 Cabot Rd. is a 69,272 s/f first class office building located at the interchange of Rte. 85, 290 and I-495. The property offers a location within walking distance of amenities including restaurants, banks, sandwich shops, a grocery store and more. The building also has an updated fitness center with showers and a two store lobby with common area.
R.W. Holmes Realty represented the owner, K&L Realty Inc., and procured the buyer.
