Johnston of R.W. Holmes handles 24,834 s/f lease for Courin Corp. at Westborough Office Park

Craig Johnston senior vice president of R. W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., has leased 24,834 s/f to Courion Corporation of Framingham. Courion will be relocating its corporate headquarters to 1900 West Park Dr., a two-story 93,127 s/f first class office building. Courion is a leader in access governance, provisioning and compliance whose award-winning Access Assurance solutions are used by more than four hundred organizations and over 9 million user's word wide to quickly and easily solve their most complex identity and access management, risk and compliance challenges. Craig S. Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented Courion in the transaction and Matt Giffune of Jones Lang LaSalle represented BPG Properties, Ltd. The company has office in the United States, the United Kingdom and India. Robert Cirrone CFO of Courion said, "the relocation of Courion corporate headquarters is driven by the company's significant growth, profitability and plans for expansion. This new facility will provide Courion with the flexibility it needs for 2010 and beyond."
