Join CCIM to network and meet the brightest folks I know

For regular readers of my article (I have regular readers?) you have seen some of the tremendous programs that we put on each month. As a volunteer organization, run by some of the busiest real estate professionals, I am always thrilled when another program materializes out of air, or better yet, I see another candidate is going to get pinned. I want to thank our volunteers, some are CCIMs and want to give back and others just want to get involved for the first time.
This past week our leadership team all sat in a room (we were not filming an episode of Big Brother) and laid out our committees for next year and some projects we think we should be tackling based on feedback we have received from our members. Now we need your help in attacking 2009 and really putting your own stamp on how our chapter is run. So if you are a CCIM, a candidate or just want to take some time and network with some of the brightest folks I know, see if any of these topics get you excited to volunteer!

MEMBERSHIP
This committee is our backbone. Speaking with our chapter, making the pitch to people who are new to the business. Great for anyone wanting to network with many many people.

PROGRAMS
Our programs committee is responsible for 10-14 events per year and one never knows what type of great ideas can come from this group (F-1 Racing!).

EDUCATION
Education helps assemble our CI programs on a local and regional basis. Education is always one of the pillars of the Institute and our chapter is no different.

CANDIDATE GUIDANCE
Are you a CCIM? Our CG Committee wants to give back to people who are just starting out in their first Intro course or maybe needs help pushing themselves over the edge to get their pin.

DESIGNEE PROMOTION
If you are involved in other real estate organizations, the media or local boards, our DP Committee wants to help cross pollinate New England CCIM with all the other professionals out there.
If any of these sounds exciting to you please give me a call at (603) 668-7000 x212 so we can chat about how you can have a direct impact on the organization. I look forward to hearing from you.
