REFA's mission is to bring together the best people, knowledge, and experience to provide informative programs and networking opportunities for all of those involved in the real estate finance industry. April 29 - Fundamentals of Real Estate: Foreclosures & Workouts: A Lender's Perspective: The event will be held at Holland & Knight LLP, 10 St. James Ave. Registration is at 7:45 a.m.; program runs from 8 to 9:15 a.m. Speakers: Christopher Currier, Esq., partner, Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP; and Thomas Enright, associate, Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Cost for REFA members is $40 and non-members is $60. April 30 - Emerging Leader Breakfast with Marci Griffith Loeber, Principal & CIO, Griffith Properties LLC This event will take place at REFA, One Center Plaza, mezzanine suite, Boston. Program and breakfast will run from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., followed by networking from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Cost for Emerging Leader Member $25. Attendance at this breakfast is limited to Emerging Leaders age 35 and younger. May 13 - Structured Finance: Creative Solutions to Today's Complex Deals This event will take place at Goulston & Storrs, 400 Atlantic Ave., Boston. Registration begins at 4 p.m. and the program will run wfrom 4:30-5:30 p.m. followed by a networking reception from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Moderator: David Douvadjian, executive vice president, managing partner, Colliers International Panelists: Joe Zink, president and CEO, Atlantic Management; Jay Hart, CEO, CrossHarbor Capital Partners; Natalie Herald, originations - high yield debt, Fidelity; Kent Daiber, senior banker, Starwood Property Trust.
