Jones Lang LaSalle brokers 3 leases at The Exchange

CHDI, Key Human Services, Inc., and Maximize Your Impact, LLC signed leases for a total of 11,766 s/f at 270 Farmington Ave. As the exclusive leasing agent, Jones Lang LaSalle's senior vice president, Christopher Ostop and vice president, Gary Schless represented the owner, New Boston Fund, Inc. CHDI was represented by Mike Puzzo of CB Richard Ellis, Key Human Services, Inc. was represented by Jeff Sikes of O,R&L Commercial, and Maximize Your Impact, LLC was not represented. CHDI (Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut, Inc), a subsidiary of the Children's Fund of Connecticut, Inc. and Key Human Services, a subsidiary corporation of Keystone Human Services, renewed their leases in the building for 4,120 and 6,685 s/f, respectively. Maximize Your Impact, LLC, d/b/a Fred Astaire Dance Studios of New England, is a new tenant to the building, leasing 961 s/f.
Better known as The Exchange, 270 Farmington Ave. is a three-story 250,000 s/f mixed-use building offering three on-site restaurants. Located on Rte. 4, within a half mile from I-84 and Rte. 9, The Exchange is one of the largest suburban office buildings in greater Hartford. This prime location offers a loft-like atmosphere created by the unique post and beam construction that runs throughout the building.
