Jones Lang LaSalle completes 3 leases totaling 43,963 s/f for Gale International and Mack-Cali

Jones Lang LaSalle, a leading real estate and financial services company, completed three lease transactions for a combined 43,963 s/f of office space in Gale International and Mack Cali's 3/93 Greater Boston portfolio. Lockheed Martin leased 13,910 s/f on the first floor at 3 Federal St. in Billerica, Mass.. Vertica Systems, Inc. leased 19,537 s/f on the first floor at 8 Federal St., Billerica and a 10,516 s/f lease was signed by Insulet Corp. on the first floor of 7 Oak Park in Bedford. Jones Lang LaSalle managing director Tamie Thompson, vice president Flory McCarthy, and assistant vice president Tyler Spring represented the owner in all three transactions. Senior vice president, Dan Cordeau and vice president, Matt Sonne at Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated for Lockheed Martin while Roy Hirshland and Michael Taylor from T3 Realty represented Vertica Systems, Inc. The 10,516 s/f lease for Insulet Corp. was negotiated by Michael Dalton of DTZ FHO Partners. 3 Federal St. is a three-story, 90,216 s/f, fully renovated office and flex building conveniently located at the intersection of Rte. 3 and Concord Rd. Renovations include a new roof, updated lobby and entryway, new HVAC systems and landscaping upgrades. 8 Federal St. is an 80,000 s/f, two-story building with flexible 40,000 s/f floor plates and abundant natural light. 7 Oak Park is a two-story 40,000 s/f building conveniently located off the Middlesex Tpke. with quick access to I-95 and Rte. 3. 3/93 Greater Boston Portfolio consists of  667,925 s/f.
