Jones Lang LaSalle named property manager for Sun Life's U.S. headquarters

Sun Life Financial Inc. has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as the exclusive property manager for their U.S. headquarters at One Sun Life Executive Park. The four building 378,850 s/f corporate campus is located along Rte. 128. JLL developed the original building, and was the project manager for Buildings Two and Three. The newest facility was constructed in 2001. The 13 acre site includes a 372,000 s/f multi-level parking garage for 1,095 vehicles. The complex features data centers, computer rooms, tel-data, energy management, life safety systems, a full service cafeteria and fitness center. There are 1,500 Sun Life employees working within the park. "Their capabilities and expertise provide added depth, allowing our organization to maximize the operation of our headquarters campus." JLL regional director Brian Barriero said, "We are excited to partner with Sun Life Financial again. Our history with the asset and knowledge of their operation, have enabled us to hit the ground running from day one." Joining Barriero on the property management team is senior vice president Dan Ozelius and on-site property manager Sara Wartella.
