Jones Lang LaSalle reps Iron Mountain in 129,000 s/f lease at One Federal St.

Representatives from Jones Lang LaSalle and Iron Mountain stand outside One Federal St., where the information storage and management company recently signed an 11-year lease for more than 129,000 s/f to relocate its corporate headquarters. One of the largest leases in the city in 2012, it will take effect in July and includes first class office space across the fifth, sixth and seventh floors in the 38-story tower. Representing Iron Mountain in the transaction were Jones Lang LaSalle managing director Alex Dauria, senior vice president Brad McGill, and senior vice president and national director Sherie Heywood. The landlord of One Federal St. is Tishman Speyer.
