Nordblom Co. has a new occupant at Network Dr. at Northwest Park, the 158-acre corporate campus. Exa Corp. has signed a lease for 66,000 s/f of office space, the company's new headquarters. Adele Olivier, senior VP, director of commercial property and asset management at Nordblom, managing director Tamie Thompson, senior VP Dan Cordeau and assistant VP Dan Kollar of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the lease to Exa.
JLL is handling the tenant improvement work for Exa and managing the move-in, which is slated for November.
