Joyal of Lila Delman Real Estate arranges $2.075 million sale

Charlestown, RI According to Lila Delman Real Estate International, 101 Surfside Ave. was sold for $2.075 million by Lori Joyal, managing broker. This marks the highest sale in Quonochontaug year-to-date, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.The cottage is sited on one half-acre with views of Block Island, Fisher Island and Montauk. Measuring 1,938 s/f across two levels, the house has 4 bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms.
