Fairfield, CT The office building located at 173 Sherman St. has sold for $937,500. Brett Sherman, CCIM, senior vice president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, LLC, represented the seller, Paradigm Holdings, LLC, in this transaction. The property is a 2,556 s/f two and a half story office building that was remodeled.
