JSA Design adds three to design/planning team

Portsmouth, NH JSA Design has added three new staff members:  Daniel Lamb, Luke Perczak and Alexandria Conrad.

“Dan, Luke and Alex add depth and talent to our team,” said JSA Design CEO North Sturtevant. “Each has specific skills and experience that support and strengthen our business. We’re delighted to have them on board.”

• Daniel Lamb, LEED AP BD+C, brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture and construction administration to JSA. A green building expert, Dan returns to JSA after working for architecture firms in Newburyport and Lowell, MA. At JSA, Dan collaborates on projects from drawings through construction. He received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Boston Architectural College.

• Luke Perczak is a recent graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, where he received a bachelor’s degree in architecture. In addition to his academic experience, Perczak held internships at Utile, Inc., in Boston, MA, and Nelson Edwards Company Architects LLC, in Branford, CT, assisting with coordination of residential projects, from schematic design through design development and construction.

• Alexandra Conrad is a recent graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Recipient of a bachelor’s degree in architecture, with a minor in Spanish and a certificate in geographical information systems, she was a member of Alpha Rho Chi, a national, co-ed fraternity for architecture and allied arts, and Tulane Women in Architecture. She previously interned at Perron Construction Company in Manheim, PA.
