Jump On In signs new 11,300 s/f lease with Cummings Properties at 233 West Cummings Park

Woburn, MA Jump On In, one of New England’s first and largest indoor inflatable playground franchise, will open a new 11,300 s/f party and entertainment center at 233 West Cummings Park, in April. Now under new ownership, this location replaces a former franchise on Wildwood Ave. Cummings Properties’ architectural team worked directly with the client to design the facility. Cummings’ in-house construction arm will make the modifications to fit up the facility in time to meet Jump On In’s fast-track schedule. The new facilities two large gymnasiums were built to accommodate Jump On In’s oversized inflatable slides, play structures, and rock wall. The center will also feature a “ninja warrior” obstacle course and multiple private party rooms with food services available. 

In addition to party and group packages, the center plans to have “open jump” times for the public.

The new ownership team of Kevin Lynch, Saranjit Kukreja, and Jyoti Saxena is an experienced group of Jump On In owner-operators. They currently own and manage franchised locations in Boston and Lowell, as well as in Newington, Connecticut.

Founded in 2005, Jump On In offers a private venue for kids to enjoy a variety of inflatable and climbing equipment in a safe and structured environment. It is a multi-year winner of Boston Parents Paper’s “Family Favorite” award.

“We’re really excited about this new location,” said Lynch. “Woburn is a wonderful community to be based in, and we’re thrilled with the custom-designed space in West Cummings Park.”

“We have a wide variety of activity centers in our Woburn portfolio that attract families from the surrounding communities, including Chikki Plaza, The Little Gym, Woburn Public Library, Gymja Warrior, and Ironwood Batting Cages,” said Senior Leasing Director Rob Yacobian of Cummings Properties. “Jump On In offers a unique experience that will complement these offerings.”
