Kane Co. leases 2,000 s/f to Seacoast Flooring
Seacoast Flooring Supplies, Inc. has leased 2,000 s/f of industrial space at 243 Amesbury Rd. from 243 Newton, LLC.
Seacoast Flooring wanted exposure on Rtes. 150 and 107 with access to I-95. Alex Lauchlan of The Kane Co. listed the space and procured the tenant.
